Reliable Flowmeter for pneumatic and gravimetric conveyed Solids

The transducer is mounted in line with the pipe wall. (Mounting plug is included).
The sensor transmits a frequency of 24 GHz to the powder or grain material. The pulses reflected from the single particles are analysed and via a patented algorithm converted into a flow proportional signal. The electronic displays the flow value direct in kg/h and in absolute quantity (kg) (t). The system is nearly independent from pressure and temperature and provides a final accuracy around +/- 5 %. With an even deviation of the particles stream the repeatability of the measurement is better that +/- 2 % of the maximum flow range.
