Reliable Flowdetector for pneumatic and gravimetric conveyed Solids

The transducer is mounted in line with the pipe wall. (Mounting plug is included).
The sensor tip transmits a frequency of 24 GHz to the powder or grain material. The pulses reflected from the single particles give a signal which is compared to an adjustable level. If the signal is higher/lower (adjustable) a relay is switched.
The switching level can easily be adjusted by pressing a button and afterwards be adjusted with a Dip-Switch between 0% to 70% higher or lower.
To avoid rapid switching with flows at switching level a hysteresis up to 25% can be adjusted. An additional delay between 0 to 10sec. can be set.
The relay can be adjusted via a Dip-Switch between normally open or closed contact.
