To avoid carrying the whole mobile system from mill to mill we recommend our semi portable system. The splitter boxes to hook up our sensors and all the cables between splitter boxes and cabinet are fixed. You just have to carry the sensors around. This arrangement allows you to buy several sets of sensors and measure more than on mill at the same time. If you already have one of our mobile systems we take it back and reuse sensors and other parts of the mobile system to build the semi portable system so your invest in the mobile system is not lost.
With this setup you need only two persons with a walky talky to balance your coal flow. One person can read the data and the second person adjust the coal flow on the valves. One your finished one mill you carry the sensors to the next mill.
