In the fixed installation all sensors and the whole cabling is fixed installed. The fixed installation allows you to measure permanently the mass flow on all pipes to one boiler. This data can be logged into your DCS. Alternatively, we offer the possibility to display and store all the data on a separate computer workstation. This saves you all the effort that comes along with a changes in the DCS screens. The PC can be connected directly with an USB Plug to the central cabinet of our system or via a RS485 connection. The RS484 connection gived the possibility to place the PC several hundred meters away from the cabinet. If you already have one of our mobile systems we take it back and reuse sensors and other parts of the mobile system to build the fixed installation so your invest in the mobile system will not be lost.
With this setup you need only two persons with a walky talky to balance your coal flow. One person can read the data and the second person adjust the coal flow on the valves.
